Upma Italiano

Ingredients (for one)
  1. Upma - one measuring cup
  2. Onion - one or two
  3. Oil - Olive preferred
  4. Sauce - Prego Napoletano (not negotiable)
  5. Water - 500 ml

Steps
  1. Shallow fry the onions until light brown
  2. Add two tablespoon of sauce and fry for another 30 seconds
  3. Add upma and mix well while frying for another 1 minute
  4. Add water and keep moving to avoid lumping until the desired consistency
  5. Enjoy.
