Ingredients (for one)
Steps
- Upma - one measuring cup
- Onion - one or two
- Oil - Olive preferred
- Sauce - Prego Napoletano (not negotiable)
- Water - 500 ml
Steps
- Shallow fry the onions until light brown
- Add two tablespoon of sauce and fry for another 30 seconds
- Add upma and mix well while frying for another 1 minute
- Add water and keep moving to avoid lumping until the desired consistency
- Enjoy.
